Foodiverse, the European leader in the production of fresh and ready-to-eat and cook food, has branches in Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Italy and will be exhibiting at the latest edition of Fruit Attraction. One of the biggest international trade fairs in the fruit and vegetable sector, it will be taking place from 30 September to 2 October at IFEMA (Madrid).
At stand C-04 in Hall 7, the company will be revealing its latest innovations in fresh-cut salads, as well as its agricultural range and other fresh products that enable consumers to follow a balanced, varied and healthy diet.
With over 50 years of experience in the sector and nine production plants in Europe, Foodiverse has transformed innovation into its hallmark. The company produces more than 1,600 products, including 130 new additions over the last year. This consolidates its position as an inspirational leader in vegetable farming and the production of ready-to-eat salads,vegetables and fruit.
During this latest edition of Fruit Attraction, Foodiverse will be presenting new recipes and formats that respond to current consumer demands: full salads and vegetables with organic certification, vegetable dishes that are ready in minutes, innovative recipes from around the world, juices and creamy dips, and much more.
The most recent innovations include high-protein salads in varieties like pasta with egg and chicken or tuna. Also new to the range are extra-large bagged salad kits, among which we can highlight the Caesar and Mexican salads, designed for sharing as a main family meal or side.
The Foodiverse stand will also feature the latest launches from Ortoverde like their Microchef microwaveable bags for steaming vegetables – new to the Italian market-, new ‘croccanti’ salad recipes, gazpacho and a wide range of dips such as beetroot houmous, Kalamata olive houmous, tzatziki and baba ganoush.
Finally, fair visitors will be able to see the range of 32 fresh vegetable varieties including romaine lettuce, unique courgette varieties, radishes and aromatic herbs straight from the 2,700 hectares of fields managed by the company in Spain and Italy. A further indication of Foodiverse’s commitment to deliver full freshness to consumers.
