We are innovators by nature, product leaders, experts in operations, and with absolute focus towards our clients. These are the 4 strategic areas of our company:

Product leadership

We are product leaders thanks to the ongoing work of the entire company, but specifically of the Production, Field, and Quality departments. All of these departments are in charge of producing our fresh and healthy foods. The Field team directs the agricultural process, while the Production team transforms our crops into ready-to-eat products. Each of our processes, from the seed itself to the final product, is created and supervised by our Quality department, making sure they are efficient and, above all, safe.

Focus on our clients

We care about our relationship with our clients, offering them the best product with the best price and value proposal. Our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams work hand-in-hand with our clients to offer healthy and quality solutions for our consumers. We promote, nurture, and create long-term relationships with our clients, adapting our value proposals to their needs while seeking new partners to join our healthy revolution.

Experts in Operations

Our products reach our consumers with complete safety and with the highest quality thanks to the operational excellence of our teams in the Logistics and Purchasing departments. At the Purchasing department, the primary goal is the efficiency and profitability of our processes, while the Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain teams plan and facilitate the production and distribution of our products, being the best in this field on a global level.

We innovate not only in our products, but also through our processes. This is one of the cross-discipline values in our organisation. Our healthy revolution requires creative solutions. Our R&D, Engineering and CIAM teams make this revolution possible by creating new recipes, incorporating new food trends, as well as researching more agile, efficient, and sustainable industrial and agricultural processes.
