Foodiverse, a multinational specialist in fresh and healthy foods, will be attending the 15th edition of Fruit Attraction trade fair from 3rd to 5th October in Madrid. Located on stand C04 in Hall 7, visitors will be able to learn more about its wide range of ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products, that bring together the utmost in freshness and innovation and make it easier to follow an on-trend, well-balanced, varied diet any time, anywhere.

With over 50 years of experience in the sector and 9 production plants, the group is currently the market leader for private labels of ready-to-eat salad bowls in Spain, Portugal, Germany and Switzerland. Foodiverse is also characterised by its control of the entire seed-to-table value chain, as it owns fields where it grows its own crops, giving it greater control over food safety and the quality of its own products, and the opportunity to apply innovation throughout the entire process.

The multinational firm offers its range of healthy products marketed both under its own brands, Freshkia and Sun&Vegs, and private labels; for retail, food services and the hospitality industry, as well as through channels such as ecommerce, delivery and vending machines.

Healthy products, any time, anywhere

From Foodiverse’s catalogue, Microfreshk is highlighted as its bold proposal for consumers who want to boost the proportion of vegetables in their diet, while seeking an alternative to salads. These meals contain fresh vegetables with a base of rice or pasta and include a tasty sauce. They are eaten hot, by steam cooking them in their packaging in the microwave in just 4 minutes.

Other innovations by Foodiverse include its ultra-fresh salads, hugely popular in northern Europe, and now available in Spain. They use premium recipes that contain high-value-added ingredients, presented in a cardboard bowl, and characterised by their maximum quality and freshness.

Thanks to its cross-sectional, multi-category range, Freshkia, the brand under which the group markets its fresh vegetables and fresh-cut products in Spain, it also offers consumers the option to follow a healthy diet at any time of day. It has developed vegetable snacks made from radishes, baby carrots and baby cucumbers, perfect for dipping in its complete range of salsas that include guacamole and brocomole (containing 96 and 97% of avocado, and avocado and broccoli, respectively), Mexican salsa and hummus.

It also offers peeled, ready-to-eat fresh fruit solutions, perfect for a snack, picnic or dessert, as well as cold pressed juices in 11 flavour combinations and 100% natural with no added water, sugar or sweeteners.

Fair visitors will also discover Foodiverse’s catalogue of fresh vegetables straight from the fields, comprising over 35 products that the multinational firm grows across the 2,400 hectares of land it manages in Spain and Italy. The group guarantees all-year-round service of lettuces, courgettes and radishes to its customers, as well as a wide range of aromatic herbs. It also highlights other Spanish-origin vegetables available during the summer season, such as sweetcorn and Lamuyo peppers, which Foodiverse started marketing last year.

A healthy diet, available to everyone

Foodiverse’s healthy revolution seeks to ensure that all consumers have countless products at their disposal to enable them to follow a well-balanced and varied diet, rich in vegetables. It offers complete salads and vegetables with ecological certification, dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and innovative recipes from worldwide cuisine among its range of products.
