Foodiverse will take part in Fruit Attraction 2026 from 6 to 8 October (Hall 7 – Stand 7C02) with a proposal that reflects the evolution the company is currently undergoing. The trade fair will be the first major industry event at which Foodiverse will unveil its new positioning as a European agro-industrial platform specialised in Fresh Convenience, supported by a renewed identity and a broad portfolio of innovation.

The company comes to this year’s edition with the aim of showing how it is turning the trends identified across different European markets into new solutions for retail and foodservice. More complete formats, recipes that reduce preparation time, products adapted to new consumption occasions and a wider variety of ingredients are behind many of the new developments.

This vision is directly linked to its new positioning, built around a model that spans from field to finished product and combines agricultural expertise, industrial scale, proximity to local markets and innovation. Through this approach, the company aims to work alongside its customers to identify emerging needs and turn them into solutions that are viable on an industrial scale.

New ways of understanding convenience

One of the main innovations Foodiverse will bring to Fruit Attraction will be chopped salads, a concept that has already achieved significant success in the United States. Unlike traditional salads, they combine more finely cut lettuce and vegetables with a range of ingredients — such as proteins, croutons or dressings — to create a complete and versatile option. As well as being eaten as a salad, they can be used in wraps, sandwiches or as an accompaniment to other dishes.

Alongside them, shake salads will also feature prominently: salads presented in a jar-style format and designed primarily for immediate consumption. The new recipes include higher-value ingredients and carbohydrate- or protein-based components, extending the possibilities beyond the conventional salad.

Foodiverse will also reinforce its commitment to one of the areas currently showing the greatest momentum: meal kits or cooking kits. These consist of vegetable mixes prepared for direct cooking in the microwave, frying pan or air fryer, and can include sauces, spices, toppings or other components. The range includes recipes such as ramen, combining vegetables with noodles and sauce to make it easier to prepare a complete meal at home.

This evolution responds to a shift the company is observing among consumers, who are looking for fresh convenience products not only to solve meals away from home, but increasingly for at-home consumption too. The category is gaining ground with products that make it possible to eat a balanced diet while reducing preparation steps and time. In this area, Foodiverse is working on ready-to-cook solutions and increasingly complete recipes.

More consumption occasions

The innovation Foodiverse will showcase at Fruit Attraction will also extend to hot meals, with options based on pasta or rice, fresh vegetables and different protein choices, as well as bowls, where the company will present new recipes in both plastic packaging and cardboard formats.

The development of these categories reflects a broader evolution in Fresh Convenience. Consumers continue to look for ease and speed, while also demanding flavour, nutritional balance and products that can fit into a wide variety of situations. Other trends identified by Foodiverse include higher-protein recipes, international flavours and solutions designed for the microwave or air fryer.

Foodiverse’s proposal for Fruit Attraction will also devote significant space to foodservice, a channel that is particularly important for the group in Germany and which broadens the potential applications of the different solutions developed by the company.

Foodiverse’s presence at the trade fair will also provide an opportunity to showcase its agricultural roots, the other key part of its integrated model. Products such as herbs, radishes and sweetcorn will feature prominently in this area, reflecting an activity that enables the company to work from the field to strengthen aspects such as traceability, quality and continuity of supply.
